All day the guys worked for me and I want to say thanks to the team.  In the final they brought me to a really good position on the last climb at 5k to the finish.  There were so many attacks then – it was like a war in the peloton.  I think 10 riders went, including me and Fabian.  After the descent I tried to go alone but Nibali and Elmiger came with me and soon Sagan came to us also.  He didn’t even stay in the wheel – he just blew by us.”
