Alexis Vuillermoz:
"The rest day was quickly over.Un a bit of bike, two naps, some rest, my gf visit, a good massage… And tomorrow already it will be time for the Pyrénées. For the whole team AG2R LA MONDIALE, it's a long expected moment. In our strategy, I had carte blanche on the Mur de Huy or the Mur de Bretagne, after that maybe also on the côté de Mende, but I'll be already working for Jicé and Romain in order to escort them as far as I can on the climbs. I'm the '3rd man', I like this role. We lost a bit of time in the first week but we still are in the game, ready to attack. I'm eager to to live the rest of the Tour in this ambicious team.
A word for my fellows from Jura who support me and sent me many kind message. Even if I live in Perpignan, I still deeply belongs to Jura and my actual success, I want to share it with my region that I love very much and were my roots are. It's there that my story begane and feeling the support of my whole region is a pleasure. A très bientôt…"
